What to expect…
Do you want to feel better, but don’t know where to start? We are all unique individuals, and optimal health isn’t a one-size fits all kind of program. In a one-on-one counseling session we will come up with a personalized plan to get you back on track and feeling your best.

In the primary consultation, we will cover your health history, current health diagnosis, dietary preferences, wellness goals, activities and lifestyle.

I will help you assess your macronutrient intake to determine if you are getting enough protein, health fats, and the right kinds of carbohydrates as well as fiber.

I will provide you with a detailed report based off our discussion. This will include the diet direction I believe you should take, as well as recipes, resources, and supplement recommendations.

I encourage clients to participate in at least one follow up 2-3 weeks after our initial meeting.
